Just received a sales call from this roofing company and when I told them that I had already had my roof replaced this year I got HUNG UP ON. I definitely will never be doing business with them In the future and won’t be recommending them to anyone. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how awful they treat their actual customers a “simple thanks for taking my call maybe next time” Would have been a Better response.

Hey to whom it may concern. My experience with tops roofing was absolutely outstanding. Relating to the owner and the personnel working on my roof was a pleasure. The owner was unusually kind and very timely in his estimate and his explanation of my roof problems. After arriving at the cost and the signing of the contract, the crew showed up two days later and did the entire roof and I have a big house in one day. I was extremely satisfied and my house is located in the historic district of Fort Worth Texas and therefore has to be done in both a timely and cleanly and beautifully so as to pass the requirements of our district. And it was done in just such a way. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed their roof repaired.
Tops roof has helped us on roof installation and repairs for many years. Recently, our roof had some damages due to storms. Joe is very quick to repair it with a reasonable price.
